Good job remembering to take your meds! It's so easy to forget something so important. I'm sorry to hear yesterday was so difficult. I hope today is much better for you.

thanks so much!! i really appreciate that!  various medical issues, things just didn't go as planned yesterday! managed to get one of my appointments moved up to next week. so at least thats another win for the day! Im up by 2 now! lol
