Last season was half Klopp half Slot style of football. That’s why Liverpool did so well. This season entirely Slot style of football which is a far too slow a style of football for the fastest league in the world. Also as you said correctly, too many comings are goings all at once.

Last season you still had the vast majority of Klopp's team. Only one or two came in. This season many more both ways. It's been the same for us, although one, Malik Thiaw in defence has adapted very quickly. Elanga, Ramsay, Woltemade and Wissa have taken time and are still struggling a bit.

Personally, I think there are too many games and that those in the Champions League and Europa/Conference should avoid the EFL Cup to get more rest/training done.

Your last point.Give the youngsters some experience in the Mickey Mouse Cup ?

I'd prefer to see Clubs in Europe not take part at all, then it won't be a distraction for the clubs. The youngsters already get experience in the Vertu Trophy with lower league teams, and don't fare particularly well, so don't see much point in them going up against premier league and Championship opposition.

I’ve been keeping track of matches a lot easier by checking soccer scores today on RubiScore, since it gives me quick updates and solid stats without any fuss. The personalized feed helped me follow just the teams I care about, and the live ratings make it simpler to figure out who’s actually performing instead of guessing from highlights.

I’m already checking lineups and early form, trying to guess which teams will start strong. I love hearing everyone’s takes, especially on surprise transfers and who’s going to shine first match week.

Our football season is in full swing and the final straight is just about on us.

Is the league where you are just starting? Or did you mean for this weekend's games?
