Juju Posted Friday at 03:19 PM Report Posted Friday at 03:19 PM (edited) I've decided for myself that I'm going to draw my badge and then write down the date, and what i did to achieve it in a blank journal. No lines. Just one I've had on hand for awhile and need to use it. These wouldn't be the badges of course, that you can buy physically thru a site, but i just thought it would kinda be fun to do and can be counted towards an art/ craft badge. I just wanted to share in case anyone else wanted to try it. I figured i will draw the badge as i do each activity. It's NOT a requirement for anything, unless you want it to be something that it could be. Like the arts and crafts badge. And the badge does not have to match mine or anyone else. But it should be something that goes with the activity you are working towards to earn. I'm going to also be working on posting what I need to for the month of March hopefully no later then tomorrow. It will only be for March at this time. I think two badges a month. One for something special, like St. Patrick's Day, and maybe one for the Spring Solstice, which is Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:46 a.m. EDT. I will let y'all know the requirements by tomorrow. Also, one more thing... I'm going to try and make each badge little and middle friendly. Middles may be mentally equipped to do the more advanced requirements and of course some ages in the Littles category may not be able to. So, if i cannot think how to, you're more then welcome to do what is comfortable for your little age as long as it falls into the requirements of the badge activities. If you have any questions or need help, please reach out. My DR'S will be open and the leaders and mods are also here to help. Thank y'all! CoconuttyBuddy Posted Saturday at 08:05 PM Report Posted Saturday at 08:05 PM It could be fun to create parameters, maybe? Like if we're going to draw our own badges (which is so cute btw) we could have two or three things incorporated that connects us all. Like for a forest walk badge include--a tree, a sun, and use a triangle border. Idk! Maybe that's too much work lol. 2
Juju Posted Saturday at 10:08 PM Author Report Posted Saturday at 10:08 PM @CoconuttyBuddy That's a good idea! Maybe 1 or 2 things. Drawing one in their handy dandy notebook lol isn't a requirement tho. It was an idea i basically was going to do for myself when I finished one, or try and draw the one pictured with each badge i post. I plan on also buying a physical badge, so the one that will be pictured is the one that will be available to everyone if they want to purchase it. Some could even maybe print it out and glue it in their book. Just ideas. 2
