Spring is just a few weeks away and what better way too celebrate not only the spring For those of you that wish to participate, here are the requirements to earn the "SPRING INTO SPRING BADGE": ( Activity suggestions are at the bottom of page.) BADGE: *SPRING INTO SPRING* DATES: 3/1/26 - 3/30/26 REQUIREMENTS: 1. Pick a leader and ask them if they are available 2. Decide on 3 Activities below, and let your leader know which ones you are doing. 3. When you are finished, take photos of everything you did and write a small explanation. If you're a little. Just take the photo. Activities: ( Choose 3) * Plant a flower from a seed in a pot. record what you see and time frame * Pick a flower, Herb or your favorite tree, and write a paragraph about it. (Little's: Draw ~Where does it grow? ~Does it bloom all year or just in the warmer months? ~ What is your favorite thing about it? ~Can you eat it? Does it have medicinal benefits? ~Why did you choose this one? * Pick a flower or leaf, anything from nature and do a craft of some sort with it. * Teddy Bear Picnic -Inside or outside * Create a Spring Bird Feeder * Plant A Container Fairy Garden (Pinterest has lots of ideas and I've started a Glow Worm Guide Board, if you have a Pinterest account, you are more then welcome to follow it) Any questions fill free to ask.
