WINTER CHALLENGE BADGE FOR NON-USA MEMBERS

We have one member that needs seasonal activities different from ours and I have nooooo problem creating for those that need that. 

So, if you live in a different country, with a different seasonal time frame let me know and I'll keep all of you in mind! 

Also,  I'd like everyone to know that the times I use for Deadlines for turning stuff in to your leaders, etc... are Central Daylight (Savings) Time.  In other words,  fall we fall back an hour and spring we're jumping ahead an hour. But no matter what, the West Coast is two hours behind me and East Coast is an hour. Why, their different, I've no clue. Whoever decided the zoning I guess decided it needed to be. lol
