- Oranje outfit aan 🧡
- Koningsnacht inluiden met een dorpsfeest
- Rommelmarkt
- Helemaal los gaan in de stad
- BBQ'en in het park met de zonsondergang

Ok... I don't live in The Netherlands. I live in the US, but my community is very, very Dutch and I saw this post and we are celebrating in our town! I was super excited and had to post!

We are about a month out from our annual Tulip Festival,  too! It's become a week long celebration of our Dutch heritage! The entire community steps in to celebrate. There's a musical production every night Monday through Saturday, a Tulip Queen and her Court who are selected in the fall and have custom made dresses. There is a carnival and street vendors starting Wednesday  - Saturday. Thursday - Saturday there are 2 parades daily downtown where the streets and park are full of live Tulips and the kids dance, sing, and perform Dutch games down the streets before the parades. The high school band actually marches in wooden shoes... we learn Dutch words growing up and I was surprised how much I understood reading your message! 

It's awesome to see what Dutch culture is like today in The Netherlands since we put so much emphasis on the past here!
