babypichu5 Posted April 27 Report Posted April 27 (edited) Spring is in full swing and summer will be here before we know it! I wanted to know what everyone is planning to grow this season? I'll start. I plan on growing: -Roma tomatos - Cherry tomatos -Herbs: basil, thyme, rosemary - Onion -Spaghetti squash I get extra plants from work so whatever surplus my boss doesn't need I might take home too to plant. I plan on making marinara sauce out off the tomatos, onions, and herbs to eat with the spaghetti squash. 😋 Edited April 27 by babypichu5 1
CupcakeSparklies Posted April 30 Report Posted April 30 I saw some overbearing strawberry hanging baskets that I am thinking about buying. I have tiny tim tomatoes going in my indoor greenhouse and have 2 ripe tomatoes on them right now. 1
babypichu5 Posted Monday at 09:17 PM Author Report Posted Monday at 09:17 PM Nice! I've considered growing strawberries. Are they hard to grow?
innerchildtml Posted Tuesday at 03:23 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 03:23 AM Strawberries, can be picky, but they are not to hard. I am excited I just bought an orange tree and a ton of succulents. So excited to plant everthing. 1
Sicarie Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago I’ve started some herbs. Parsley , rosemary, cilantro, catnip, basil. I need to get some oregano and dill as well. Getting ready to plant tomatoes this weekend. I think we are doing Roma, cherry, and beefsteak. Also plan on onion, lettuce, carrot, cabbage, bush bean, summer squash, a couple kinds of peppers, cucumber, potato, peas, beets, and corn. Oh, also getting grapes and some blueberry bushes planted this year. I think that all…oh, trying to grow some marigold starts this year to keep the plants safe. 1
babypichu5 Posted 18 hours ago Author Report Posted 18 hours ago Wow @Sicarie all that sounds amazing! Yeah, I got some marigold seeds to plant. They really help with deterring pests. 2
