Hi Glowworms!

Juju here! I hope y'all are doing well and all of you are coming along on your projects easily and it's enjoyable. 

So, just a few things I need to touch base on and a few new things to announce. 

First,  If you are a Leader but you are also a Daddy/ Mommy and have a little in the Guild, you cannot sign off on their projects and badges.  Specifically to make this fair for those that do not have a CG type. Hence the need of leaders in our Group.  You can help with their projects to earn their badges but they have to have another leader sign off.  If anyone is not in agreement with this, no matter the reason, I can put up a poll and we can vote on it. No problem!☺️ 

Secondly,  Extentions are mostly given for health issues (physical or mental), technical difficulties, emergencies in your rl, that sort of things.  I understand that the way i had it set up, has been difficult for some because of work, family, etc... so as of May, this will be the new norm.  At least for now:

1. Monthly badges will remain the same as far as duration. It starts the 1st and ends the last day of the month.  If the month has 31 days, then it would be the 31st. Or the 30th and/or the 28th for February.  

2. One day badges: will be given at least a week ahead.  And due before midnight on the day it is for. For example,  St. Patrick's Day is the 17th, so i would post the day badge on the 10th. So you would have the 7 Days before to finish. 

If the badge happens to be, let's say for the 4th of July,  that day badge would start the 28th of June and due on the 4th by midnight.  

3. Special Badges: "Special Badges" are for those badges earned for things in everyday life that gives us issues or difficulties.  Such as the cleaning room one or the Going out one me. These really don't have a due date and it can be done at your own pace. If any one has something they would like to try earning a badge for, more or less on your own, please let me know! I can set it up for you.  

4. If you ever have an idea for the group, please let me know and I can see if it would be a thing we can do. 

5. New rules will be posted soon.  

6. There will be 2 meetings a month starting in May.  The fun Virtual meeting toward the end of the month with @lillizzie24 and one towards the beginning of the month for those that can't make the virtual meeting for whatever reason. It would be just texting (like a chat room) .  I've not decided where this group chat will be yet, but not Discord. Simply because I'm not allowed to be on discord. 

I'm sorry if this seems longer then some but i just wanted to make sure you were all informed of changes and such.

Agh! I’m so behind. lol I’ve been working on things but with the forum glitches I haven’t been on like I used to. I’m off next week for vacay (🙌) so I’ll spend some time on my projects! Thank you @Juju and @lillizzie24 and allllll the leaders who pitch in to make this troupe amazing!
