I'VE DECIDED...

I got to thinking about our leaders, our great Troop and how much I just really love y'all.  I want this Troop to always run smoothly and be as enjoyable and fun and relaxing as possible. 

So, I've decided that if there is nooo other leader that can do leadership for a certain month, or life gets in the way for them, can't get back into site but I happen to before them, etc...I will now be a stand in leader.  There's no reason why I shouldn't or couldn't. 

I don't want any other little's to feel they have to so don't worry,  I got this! Plus, being the owner of the group, I just feel I should. 

Also, I know some Daddy's don't really want other Daddy's to be in that kind of situation with their little's.  So, I will also stand in for those little's. I don't know why I didn't think of it to begin with! I apologize for my lack of consideration.  I should have respected that in the first place, regardless. 

This way, Daddy's are not signing off on their own little's patches and they still have a female (I'm not a Domme or Mommy), signing off for their little.  And it keeps it fair for everyone.  

I will however, still need a leader for myself.
