Guest annemarie
Everyone has different methods and the only ones I have right now are coloring and using my pacis and sippy cups, so I wanted to ask: what do you guys do to get into littlespace?? how do you stay there especially when you're alone?? and what are some suggestions you can give to someone for littlespace who doesn't have much money and can't drive so i guess that's a lot of questions, but yeah! pls answer if you can! Guest QueenJellybean
Like many of you, I have a lot of Little space triggers, so to speak. I usually just accidentally fall into Little space, but I'm often operating at some level of being small all the time. It's just my default. I think I probably put more effort into being Big than I do being tiny. Haha. Some of my triggers include: Food cut up small, or certain types of food such as macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, chicken nuggets. Drinking out of sippy cups, using smaller plates and silverware. Watching Little shows and movies. (Some of my favorites are Sophia the First, Beauty and the Beast, the Tinkerbell movies, Ever After High!) Wearing clothing that makes me feel small like overalls, rompers, onesies. Coloring, or doing another Little space activity like playing Pokemon, or Mass Effect. Reading books meant for children. Reading is a big one for me. Staying there usually just requires me being in a safe and comfortable environment. I don't generally get into feeling completely small unless I feel comfortable, my Little space is not triggered by anxiety. In fact, when I'm in a bad mood or anxious, I'll usually be Big and my Caregiver will have to work to relax me enough to get me into Little space! Pikkukookos
I usually can just jump into little space if I'm anxious or depressed. Maybe my brain is like ok this one dies if they don't chill. Daddy calling me little or treating me like little also works or if I just try not to worry and start doing little things like colouring or drawing. Guest NeedToServe
It's not something under my control. It's just something that happens when in the presence of a certain type of man, usually. It's happened rarely on my own. The man I'm currently getting to know is a real daddy type, and within a few hours of meeting him face to face (as friends), it came crashing down on me. That was at around ten pm last night, and I'm still there at 3.30pm the following day, in varying degrees of strength.
