Or if they have previous experience? Haalp! I need advice
Little kaiya Posted September 4, 2019 Report Posted September 4, 2019 It's going to sound very simplistic but it truly is the best approach . . . . Talk to them. Thete is no magical way to tell or sign or anything else that gives it away. DDlg is a relationship dynamic like any other and so relies heavily on solid, honest and consistent communication. Purinsesu Posted September 4, 2019 Report Posted September 4, 2019 To actually answer your question is a hard one. We can't actually look inside people's heads, so it's not always easy to figure out if they would be suitable to the role. Try and pay attention to their character. Are they the caring type? Do they already act daddy-like? Try and be friends first. This is always a good thing. That way you can get to know their personality more and figure out if they are the right person for you. Starting out as friends is always a good idea in this kind of relationship anyway. Since trust is so important to us, it's a very good idea to not rush into it too fast and take the time to get to know each other first. Once you have that trust level you can be open about it in a comfortable way, and them being your friend they (hopefully) won't judge you. And who knows where it will go from there? If it doesn't work out at least you'll have made a lasting friendship, which in my opinion is always worth it. You can do it, good luck!
