My name comes from the fact that one of my hobbies is Magick, mysticism and spirituality. I've studied and trained in several disciplines and organizations and consider myself a true "Wizard" in the tradition of Oberon Zell-Ravenheart, an early mentor. I favor ceremonial magick in the tradition of the Golden Dawn. The "OSS" come from the pagan church/campground I hang out with on a regular. "Oak Spirit Sanctuary" located nearby. I've been hanging out there on and off for 25 years and found them to be the most open-minded tolerant people I've met. I own a little land next door and am currently working on building our forever home there, so I'll be a resident there. I've had the name for over 10 years and really feel it as a part of my persona and personal identity. My new "middle" wife calls me her "Wizard in shining robes" which makes me smile. 🤣 2 1
Andriel_Isilien Posted May 23 Report Posted May 23 Mine is in reference to Lord of the Rings. I came up with it when the films were coming out early 2000s. Andriel is inspired by the character name Galadriel and Isilien means "moonmaiden" 🌙 It was this persona I made for myself, and I still love it to this day! I go by "Andy" for short because pronunciation can be difficult. 1

Spent a lot of time in the trees and enjoyed it. I have little time for people who are... intellectual cul-de-sacs; tend to get 'salty' with them.
