kuuchan Posted December 23, 2024 Report Posted December 23, 2024 I personally don't think looks matter to being little. For me, being little comes from the inside and from doing activities that make me feel little! (though since joining the forum, i feel myself going into little space out of nowhere much more often now). But if "looking little" matters to you that's obviously ok, I just don't want you to feel that just because you have tattoos or look a certain way that you can't be little! But if that's causing some struggle to you, then that would obviously be tricky. These are personally what i usually do to get into littlespace, so take these as just suggestions~ - Taking a bath/shower! I use baby shampoo and soaps that smell fruity and nice. Then after the shower i'll usually lather myself in babylotion and oil! Getting all clean and pampered up really helps me get in that mindset - Coloring/drawing/crafting! Being creative is a great tool for me to being little. - Watch cartoons/movies/shows that make you feel little! For me personally watching cartoons i grew up with is the perfect way to get me in that headspace! But really anything that makes you feel little could help - Snuggle up or play with stuffies/plushies! Plushies are like my fave little space items and i have one i take with me around my apartment all the time haha! but if you have one you hold near and dear, maybe that can help you feel little - Using little gear and dressing up. I personally love having my paci when i'm little and i also use a bottle to drink from time to time, those definitely make me feel small~ also dressing in something that makes you feel cute and little is also a good start! Here's just a few examples i could think of at the moment haha~ I'm sure there are sooo many ways to do it, but it all comes down to what personally make you feel little! :3 (also i think the text color can be changed when commenting, on the top row there's a button with an "A" on it [next to the "Size" button], then highlight the text and pick a color!) 1 1
ScarletBaby Posted December 25, 2024 Report Posted December 25, 2024 Kuuchan is right, it's from within. I have a tattoo myself and have plans to get more. That being said I have struggled myself to get into little space but I feel it's more cause I feel guilty letting go enough to be little cause I have a cat and roommate counting on me and no one I feel I can hand the reigns to. I think the big thing for trying to find your little again is a little introspection about why it's feeling harder now. Do you feel safe being little in your enviornment? Or are you just having a hard time finding the space since noticing how much older you're getting physically? To get around it, you'll need to find the cause. That's the big thing. That being said there are tools to help get around it. I like to put my hair in pig tails and get in a onesie or something else cute and little. My paci can help a lot too. When I'm wanting to feel nice and little Disney and Barbie are my best friends to get me there. I like Sophia the First and the classic Barbie movies up until Starlight Adventure. Princess Power is a little lacking in my opinion though, but would still watch it. Finding good coloring books that can be a little harder than basic kids coloring books but aren't strictly adult can help too cause it's a good start and then you can move to a kids coloring book as a way to ease into things. Ultimately the path will be different for everyone. But the big thing is finding the space. I've found a mini version of little space without actually being little in Manhwa comics about little girls with doting fathers. They give me a similar feeling to being little without letting go and being little. It's not as affective but it helps. I hope you can find your little side soon. 2 1
Little kaiya Posted December 25, 2024 Report Posted December 25, 2024 As someone who is 46, overweight and genderfluid finding my little space or even a happy space can be tough. What helps me most is my Daddy. Whenever I'm doubting my looks and being little He swoops in and reassures me, smothers me in kisses, cuddles and tickles and in general just shows me that no matter what I look like or my doubts, that He sees me as His absolutely adorable and lovable little. It sweeps my doubts or challenges in getting into littlespace right away 💖💖 2

My Daddy does help me alot in seeing me as little.. my tattoos don't seem to bother him, honestly they seem to bother me more... I have a half finished sleeve on one arm, and 6 large tattoos on the other. When I look at them I see... age? I'm not sure how to explain it... -emily On 12/24/2024 at 11:55 PM, ScarletBaby said: Kuuchan is right, it's from within. I have a tattoo myself and have plans to get more. ScarletBaby, thank you <3. you definitely gave me alot to think about here. I wrote above about my tattoos, if you'd like to read:) As for why it may be feeling harder now to find my space.... I'm really not sure. I am in the only relationship I've ever been in where I can be open and comfortable about being little. I live only with my mom and i dont talk to her about this stuff, My room isn't very little friendly though.. I do desperately want to re-do it. I do try to keep up with my little hobbies but big world stuff is busy... I think for now I will start by getting a new paci (old one dirty and haven't been using) and check out that Manhwa comic! -emily On 12/23/2024 at 3:43 PM, kuuchan said: I personally don't think looks matter to being little. Kuuchan, thank you<3. My "look" definitely causes me some trouble. I see my self and I do not see little... I've been following maybe a bit to many others on Instagram ect, and they're all so beautiful and I just don't feel like that. Thank you for all of your suggestions I will definitely try them out! I definitely want to get some more toys and gear and stuff but I do not drive so it is hard for me to get stuff without my mum seeing... maybe I will look online. -emily Again thank you for all the replys. I new to the forum but hope to be talking to you guys more!! < 3 1

I have a lot of body image issues as well, and sometimes it does get to me when i see really beautiful and cute littles and i can't help but think "why am i not this pretty". It's a vicious cycle, unfortunately 😟 But just remember, those are just your thoughts, your own mind telling you those bad things about yourself. Every little is cute and beutiful just being themselves and that's all that matters in the end<3 And i bet your super adorable! 😊 (also tattoos are really cool!!) There are a bunch of online stores dedicated to DDLG/ABDL! i have not yet purchased any of my little gear online, so i cannot speak from personal experience, but one store i have been recommended before is "little for big", they have super cute clothing and baby stuff for adult use! I was also recently recommended "rearz" which seems to have a selection outside of diapers as well! ^^ 57 minutes ago, timmyturrnr said: Again thank you for all the replys. I am a new little still learning and finding out my identity in this space as well, but i'll gladly help where i can<3 1
just_a_bookworm Posted December 29, 2024 Report Posted December 29, 2024 I tried going into little space today and struggled big time but seeing the suggestions definitely helped for when I want to try again. I would love to get some more things to help go into little space and the idea of bathing with certain soaps and shampoos was a good idea. I think I am also a little scared to try to go into little space since I live with my parents and have a kid. I am afraid to have little stuff and they see it and judge or try to go into little space and getting distracted. 1
