I want to get more active. Drop some weight and get my muscles working. I used to do aqua physical therapy 2x a week for 3hours. But the therapy place closed their pool.

I'm looking for exercises that I can do from a chair or couch. I have chairi malformation and I am a fall risk do standing isn't possible at this time.

Iโ€™ve had to make a lot of adjustments too, especially when it comes to staying active without causing pain. One thing thatโ€™s helped me keep some strength without pushing my joints too hard has been light resistance training. I also looked into supplements like balkan pharma steroids after talking to my doctor, just to help with muscle support since mobility was getting harder.
