I want to get more active. Drop some weight and get my muscles working. I used to do aqua physical therapy 2x a week for 3hours. But the therapy place closed their pool.

I'm looking for exercises that I can do from a chair or couch. I have chairi malformation and I am a fall risk do standing isn't possible at this time.

I’ve had to make a lot of adjustments too, especially when it comes to staying active without causing pain.
