This will be a badge I will be doing on my own /with my Daddy. 

It's basically one I'll be working on to help with being more capable of going outside. I suffer from social anxiety, over stimulation when i do and agoraphobia.  I'm not sure yet, what exactly it'll entail, but I do know it's probably going to fall under the "challenge" category. I'm looking at 3 months minimum. It'll depend mostly on the exercises i do to work on improving these "difficulties". 

This will also be a " badge(s)" within a badge type of thing. For instance...

* ?# of times to sit outside. 

* Go to the laundry mat ?# of times

* Go swimming

* Go for a short drive with Daddy 

* Make it to my Dr appointment (without rescheduling)

And possibly other things as I go. 

There are badges for swimming, farmers market, library, museums, etc... At the end of my challenge, I'll get a special pin for each phase.

Then the second phase will begin. Which I'll post at a later date. 

I'll keep things posted here as i accomplish them and such. 

I'll be starting on May 1st and it'll end on August 1st. 

If anyone else suffers from any or all of these, you're welcome to join me. No pressure. If phase one is not accomplished the first time around, then it can be repeated. Noooo stress! Noooooo pressure! Noooo judgement. Just help and understanding.

I'll post what i actually intend to do in the next day or so. Also, if anyone does join in, you can change any of these challenge activities to fit your own needs.

Thank you my friend! That really really means alot to me! I've always been introverted, like alot, but never like this. Around the time Covid hit, it broke something inside of me. 

I use to go places on my own. Was able to go to my Dr appointments. What ever i needed to do. I haven't been out of the house since May of 2020, maybe I'd say about anywhere from 15-20 times, maybe, if that. Mostly Dr appt.'s, and when i went to my sisters for our older sisters wake last year. Most of that was still inside tho. It was rough to say the least.

But! I'm determined to get back my freedom. Heal my mind and spirit. And just really enjoying life more. ( I still wouldn't do large crowds tho, never could, even before. Just not my cup of tea! )

I am here to support you in whatever ways you need, my friend! I understand the feelings and would prefer to be home all the time too. Leaving the house is something I need to force myself to do regularly and there is a cost to my mental and physical health. My battle has been life long. I still leave the house most days, but I get overwhelmed easily abd need structure. It is something I am working on in therapy and have worked on for years. Sending you big hugs.

So proud of you! I have the same issues and think its great of you for doing this!! Ill join you with this badge. I haven't did my appointments in months besides my med checks that are on the phone. I was supposed to be doing blood work months ago never got done and I lost the script for it..

This hasn't been going as well as I had hoped.  Unfortunately.  But, where there's a will there's a way, right? 

I will prevail!
