Here are the activities and instructions that will need to be finished before receiving your badge.

* Decide on who will be your leader and ask them if they can?
* Make sure to inform them which activities you intend on trying too do. (You can change your mind, just inform your leader)
* Make sure to take your photos when/ if needed.  " @" your leader and me,  so that we can sign off on your badge.
* You will need to finish at least 3 -4 of the activities below

* Due as soon as possible. 

** If you do not have a teddy and would still like to participate, just pick your favorite stuffies and follow the activities before for them down below.**

LEARN:
* When was the first teddy bear made?
* Where did the Teddy Bear get it's name?
* Do you have a teddy? If so what is your Teddy's name? How long have you had him/ she?
* Who made the very first teddy?

* Take a picture of your teddy bear picnic.  Share with us what you served? (If anything), Did you drink real tea or juice? What other things would you like to tell us about?

CRAFTS:
* Draw and/or color a picture of your teddy. Or a teddy in a coloring book.
* Make matching bracelets or necklaces for you and your favorite teddy (stuffie).
* Make a teddy bear paper bag puppet (Pinterest)
* Make a bear face out of a paper plate (Pinterest)

* Dance to the Teddy Bear Picnic Song
* Serve healthy snacks before cookies:
~Carrot sticks.   ~ Apples
~ Sliced Cucumbers  ~ Cheese cubes or sticks
~ Nuts , ~ PB&J sandwiches

* Ideas for tea substitutes:

~ Juice.  ~ Milk (White or chocolate)
~ lemonade.  ~ Punch.  - Hot Chocolate

CRAFTS:
Middles:
* Make Your own felt teddy
* Create a bear out of air dry clay.
* Create a bracelet or necklace out of beads and charms, wire and/or string,etc..
* Draw a bear
* Write a poem or write a short story about your Teddy Bear Picnic

Littles:
Color a picture of your favorite Bear character

Watch one or more of the following and tell about it:(Middles can too):

* Care Bear Movie
* Little Bear Episode.
*  Winnie the Pooh
* Paddington Bear
* Brave
* Open Season
* Brother Bear
* Little Polar Bear

Read one of the following books:
* The Teddy Bears Picnic by Jerry Garcia & David Grisham
*  The Teddy Bears Picnic by Jimmy Kennedy
* Corduroy
* Teddy Bears Picnic Cookbook by Abigail Darling and Alexandra Day.
* The Bears Picnic by Stan and Jan Berenstain
* Mother Bears Picnic By Else Holmelund Minarik
